I'm hoping some of you ladies here can help me.
When I was a teenager, an 8 year old boy lived with my family as a foster child. I found his picture recently in an old album and have been telling my kids about him. I've been thinking about him alot and wondering what happened to him.
I've tried several search sites on the net with no luck.
Does anyone know some good sites I can run a people search on? (Preferably free)

I've had good results with US Search. Also try entering his name into Google, often people are listed as part of a staff somewhere, part of a group project, etc. Sometimes there is even email given. My friend found her birth father as part of his mother's obituary after failing to find him any other way.

Use Google to get to various White Pages phone directories. Most require you enter the state but some will search the whole country.

Beware that both these types of sources often have out of date listings.

A last, sad resort is Social Security death records. I've been surprised to find some people who've died young.
