What do you think? Is Martha going to jail or will she get out of it all. The big boss of Imclone went to prison, will she? I don't think she will go to prison, but she deserves to go. MaryW

I don't think she deserves to go. I really think if they didn't think they had enough evidence to charge her with insider trading she probably didn't do anything wrong. I guess we will see what happens. Sherri My website

I don't like Martha.....I don't care what happens to her...I just get tired of hearing about the same things day after day....She doesn't deserve so much air time.

I think shes just plain snotty and fancies herself better than anyone....in reality she's just the same as the rest of 'us'. (besides I like to think I have a brain to think with and I don't need anyone telling me how/what/when/why I need to do anything) Not that I'm opinionated mind you........

I like the things she gives instructions to make, and cook, and the items she sells at KMart, but I can't stand her. I saw a show about her on TV a long time ago. Her neighbours said she was mean. When people of one town she lived in heard she was moving, they made a banner for her with signatures. One person wrote: "Martha, you're leaving. It's a good thing".

I think I formed an opinion that she was guilty when I learned that she used to be on Wall Street and was very sucessful as a broker or whatever they are called... I think she has a lot of contacts and uses them frequently.. To me, she is very snotty type person..

To me she's a user of people for strictly her benefit and glory. It is my understanding that she has even been very mean to her mother and father and she comes across with the attitude that she is far superior to every other female human being on the planet. I did not have a strong dislike for her just a mild one til I saw how she treated her mom on TV. if she treated her that bad and her guest on TV like that image how bad she is when no one is looking. I really think if she did not do the cover up and admited it. they would have given her the celebrity fine and community service. but she tried and the broker tried to hide it and did a really bad job about it. She was a broker and knew how it worked. but if not for the cover up she would not go to jail. Like at Wyonna Ryder. she got community service and I think it was close to the same about of money.
