I just wanted to share a recipe for a smoothie. It tastes great and cools you off on a hot day.

1 small dish of plain or french vanilla yogurt
about 1/3 cup of milk (you can use more or less, depending on how thick you want it)
1 banana
4 or 5 frozen strawberries

Put everything in the blender for a minute or so. Then drink and enjoy!
