This sounds like a disease of some sort, but ...In the new Sew News issue is an article explaining how to use one of these. I have never heard of this type of foot and am wondering if anyone here has used one and what their opinion is. I like to make flat felled seams on denim and twill skirts and pants and if this foot really makes this process easier, I'd love to get one of these.
Thanks much

cannot report yet.. Thunderstorm last night caused a power outage in my area. I cannot read by candlelight, so I have to wait to report and tonight I have to attend a meeting of my chapter of ABWA and I can't miss this one.. our scholarship recipients for this year will be there tonight. So, for today I have my education for young women cap on instead of my sewing cap.. Later....

I read it but I have not heard of one for my machine. it looks like a rolled hem foot but it goes to the top. Looks like it would make the whole process easier. I will have to come up with a project. You know I make jackets it would make a great decrative touch.
The more you disaprove, the more fun I am having!

I read that article 3 or 4 times.. Method number 1 is not clear to me.. I have always used method number 2 but with regular equipment .. I cannot see where the special foot would save much time.. I think I'll keep my money and stick to my regular way ...  :bg:
