Hello, My wife and I are thinking about oving to Arizona. Anyone have any insight to the state, people, available jobs etc? We live in Upstate NY now, don't want to experance any more winters. The bones are getting too sore for the cold and dampness we get here. Thanks Paul & Cheryle Paul

Hey Paul -- I'm near Syracuse and after this last winter everyone I know is looking south. Dorothy |

I hear Arizona is notoriously dry, isn't that just as bad as soggy?

Soggy = aching bones and joints. I don't know which is worse but we want to see.

I grew up in Central California then moved to Central New York state about 20 years ago and as far as weather goes I can speak from experience. Warm and dry beats cold and wet. That's why California is crowded and expensive. Dorothy |

So that's why we are in the minority here on the east coast.

You'll be high and dry when the land tips up under the weight of all those people! All that happens here is the cliffs keep collapsing into the sea - England is shrinking!
