Hi, I am new to this discussion board and I am already enjoying it! I was wondering if anyone would like to share pictures of their sewing projects (especially for children), because they really do encourage me. I myself am in the middle of a project and I plan to share mine also. Thanks and happy sewing...

Hello Mary, Seems like Fall is in the air huh? Well anyway, I have been trying to send photos to the photo gallery and have not seen them. Did they go through? Ever since I got my scanner working I have been trying to send some. I had some pictures of children clothing I wanted to post. threads_40 "Your goal is greater than your struggle"

Later this fall, I am going to have a script installed where anyone can post their own pictures to this site. There will probably be a limit of 12 or so but at least you can rotate them this way. I apologize to everyone for not having your lovely things put up, I have had problems this summer with the site growing, costs and web master programs. MaryW

LOL Chickening out huh  I had a free evening to get stuff done with no one home so I really couldn't take pics of myself that night. I could get my daughter to help, but she would make me crazy and probably take really BAD pics of me which I refuse to let happen ! I love those fringe capris, I just found out last night SO hates all my capris! He says I'm to short for them and I look funny...think that'll stop me from wearing them? Thank you ... You make me blush On the costumes every year our school has a play and I sew all the costumes usally 20 to 30 on year we did have 47 but they are what I call half costumes. just add ons to regular colthing. I do it for the school for the cost of supplies only. They like it. I usally get 4-6 weeks to do them it is a challenge but I love it. Also I get a house keeper during that time. some of the mothers come over and babysit and cook meals and one gal is a pro cleaner. I love when she comes. It is great like a big co op. This year we are unable to get out play budget. In fact the plays for all the schools have been cut do to the recessions The more you disaprove, the more fun I am having!
