Has anyone used the iron-on labels they have at Wal-Mart? What did you use to write your name on them? I'm thinking of using them for my Christmas gifts, but, don't know what to use to write my name. Thank you. Janine Janine

NO I have not my self but my gal pal does and she uses sharpie markers. I like getting my labels from namemaker and general labels. at namemaker you get the labels printed and they come on a bard and you cut them as needed you get 100 for under 5 00
The more you disaprove, the more fun I am having!

I used to use sew in labels I ordered from a mail order company in magazines but they really weren't me. Now I make my own. I have four different small rubber stamps I really like -- flappers in assorted hats -- and I write my first name under them. Sometimes I use a fabric stamp pad, sometimes I ink them with felt tip pens. I have some fine point pens to write my name with. I buy the stamp pads and pens at Michaels or Jo-Ann's. They are made for fabric and you set them with the iron. They work well with stencils too. Dorothy |
