I am making the straps for a bumper pad. I am having a very difficult time turning these inside out. The hole is only 5/8" wide. Anybody have any tips on how to do this? Thanks!

This forum is awesome! I found an easier way of doing this without having to do any stitching at all. After searching the Beginner's Sewing session I found this trick by MaryW.

"Never mind turning. Cut your straps wider, maybe 1 1/2" wide. Turn long edges towards middle, fold strap in half lengthwide and stitch down entire length of strap along folded edge. Center your seam in the middle and press. Hope this is quick for you"

Also instead of sewing I used liquid stitch (glue) which provided for a clean look and no hassle.
