I had a brief look at a charming tote bag today, but don't know the owner or maker. The bag is made of muslin and the flap to close the bag is in the shape of a soft-sculpture face, with painted-on features and yarn for hair. There are two little bare feet sticking out the bottom. The bag itself is simple: just a square shape of muslin and lined with gingham.

If anyone has any idea where I might get a pattern, please let me know. I promise not to enter it into the tote bag competition!!

Hi, my daughter has a bag that sounds like the one you want. She got it when she was very smalll. It has a girls face, hair. arms and legs. We even seen it on T.V. on the set of that show that used to be on with Mary Kate and Ashley Olson. Do you want measurements and details? How can I help you in reproducing one. Please let me know. You are so generous to offer to help me. If you'd like to send measurements or photo, I'd be very grateful.
