My neighbor got her DD's some used cheerleading outfits to wear for Halloween but they are to big in the waist . I can sew but have no clue when it comes to pleats. Can someone tell me the easiest way to alter the waist on these skirts? Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

If they have a waistband I would open it up & add elastic. Barb Barb
