The Sew What’s New Archive

Arub from Vermont and I were thinking of starting our own board somewhere because we wanted to be able to talk once in a while about something other than sewing. We are on some other boards and on there you must stay on topic otherwise you will get scolded up and down. Sometimes a person just wants to say something else to people ---to web friends----- to another human.
It is stressful to ALWAYS have to talk sewing.

So I think, at least me, I'll be coming here once in a while to chat forum style with you guys. I'm telling Arub. She probably will too.

Glad to have you El Pea. We chat about a little bit of everything here, as you can see. Take A Break, Home & Hearth and Middle Age Spread are just for that -- talking about whatever strikes your fancy.

El Pea, when we first started the Take a Break section, it was the most popular place on the site. Everyone needs to take a break from constant sewing and quilting chat.

Please feel free to post, start new topics and rant if need be. We all need to do that once in a while.
