I'm working on a ring pillow and am doing counted cross stitch in the center to detail names, dates, places, etc. The bride is carrying burgundy calla lilies and chocolate roses. I'd like to add her flowers to the cross stitch but can't find a pattern small enough. Can anyone help? Thanks, Linda |

You can use a larger count fabric or if you stitch over one you cut the finished size in half. Dorothy |

I am looking for a Plumeria (hawaiian flower) cross-stitch pattern. I went to the above suggested site and they say the patterns are free, but I have yet to find anything that was free. You are sent to a site to buy a pattern booklet. By the time you pay for shipping, it's too expensive for one pattern. If all fails, I guess I could get some graph paper and figure it out. There was a nice book of Hawaiian flowers but it was $25.00. Here' a good place I started at though. http://www.askjeeves.com Then put in Cross-stitch patterns. When you get to a site, enter Roses. Then Free Patterns. Good luck. Update. |
