Do I use a ball-point, universal or sharp when sewing fleece?

Thanks.

I use ball-point needles for almost everything I sew except denim

I like the stretch 11 for regular fleece and a 14 for double sided fleece.

I only use the ball point if I am sewing over a lot of elastic.
The more you disaprove, the more fun I am having!

Thanks for the input!!!! I've always used sharp needles on my elastic, however, it makes sense with the ball point.
