Hi,
I would like to know where I could get good instructions on how to applique. Is there a good book explaining it or would there by chance be some of you girls that could explain it to me. I know some sewing skills, I wouldn't go as far as say that I am a professional at sewing. Learning something new everyday.Appliquing is the new thing that I want to learn to do.
Thanks,
Sheila

I got a book from my library that has just about every teqhnique you need to know in it. Its really awesome! I love it. So Im going to buy my own copy for sure!
Its called The Quilters Ultimate Visual Guide.
Ebay is always selling a copy. Example:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2360133251&category=3113

Lots of great pics, and YES, there is applique and all the different techniques explained with great pics as well.

Im sure there are other books or sites to help.
But this is the book Im hooked on.
Hope this helps!
