Hi, I'm Debby.

I've been lurking here and decided to register to post a question. I have a Viking Daisy 325. If I remove the plastic ankle for the clip on feet, can I use other machine feet? If yes, is my machine a low shank or a high shank?

Thanks!

here is how to deteriminge if you have a high or low shank

Determining Shank Style

A high shank machine measures approximately 1" (2.5cm)
A low shank machine measures approximately 1/2" (1.2cm)

This is the length of the shank of the ankle.

Also on what I have read. The Viking you have can share feet with the White slant needle feet. They have the same snap on. But you can get an adapter to change the snap on. Clothtide carries them.
The more you disaprove, the more fun I am having!
