I was searching the net for help with my Sew Cute questions and found a link to this site. http://www.sewyoungsewfun.com/homemain.html This would be a great show for my daughter but it isn't on in my area  Does anyone know how to go about getting a show on your PBS station? I know that too keep them you sign a petition but how can I get them to start showing it? Do I offer a large donation? Gina

Hi Gina, Houston PBS rotates the sewing and quilting shows. They only show them Saturday morning, from 8:00 to 9:00. Right now we're getting Eleanor Burns and Nancy Zieman. Every couple of months or so, it changes. Sometimes we get Fons and Porter, then Sue Hausman(?), other times, Kaye Wood, then Sew Young, Sew Fun. We don't get much here, but I take what I can get! I think her techniques are pretty cool, from what I can see. I haven't actually tried them.  Sometimes, I miss part of her presentation because my family likes to make fun of how she talks...then I have to get mad at them for making me miss my show...  Have you tried her method, Mary? Take care,

I've tried a couple. I think her Log Cabin is a great one. But, I rarely get to watch her. I saw her in Houston a couple of years ago at the big quilt show. She was wearing a sequin top hat when she landed at the airport.
