I am sewing a name using alphabet pillows which contain the letter A. My question is the pattern has a mark for the center of the A which appears to be the symbol of '+' and I am not sure how to anchor the stitch from the backside of the letter to avoid the thread pulling through! It seems I have tried everything. Also, after completing the '+' how do I finish off the thread when I am dealing with somewhat tension to pull through the poly-fil? Any comments or advice would be great as I am doing this for a last-minute Christmas gift! Thanks! Sonja
