Does anyone know where I can find a toy car pattern? In the early 70's I bought a pattern that you made stuffed cars for small children and my kids love them. I would like to find that pattern or one similar to sew for my 2 little grandsons. I can't remember who the pattern was made by, I do know that it was not a well known company. Hi Dorothy, I sure am glad that I was not the only one to ever make them, it seems to me that they also had a goose pattern they put out. Well I'll just keep hoping that somebody remembers the name of the company. Fatmama Becky s Patterson

I just got the goose pattern from my dad's house that we are trying to clean out. It was from Simplicity. I don't remember the car but I know 2 little boys that would love them if you find the pattern let me know. Barb Barb

if i am thinking right, didn't they make a car or a truck on pre printed fabric??? all you had to do was cut it out and sew it together then stuff it??? i think i made a few of those years ago??? or maybe not, i don't know, i'll look at the fabric store the next time i'm there, or ask one of the girls there, maybe someone here will remember doing these.

The car pattern came in a clear envelope, they weren't pre printed. I have ask at the stores, but the workers are so young they look at me like I might be getting senile. Mom of 6 it wasn't simplicity, all though the goose pattern is alot alike. fatmama Becky s Patterson
