Well it just goes to show you just how gready seedy lawyers can be.
Not only did the "wanta be lotto winner" get herslef in trouble with the law, now her lawyer has Contempt of Court charges issued against him!!!!!!:whacky: :whacky: :whacky: We are now finding out that he ( the lawyer) was "suppose" to be sick and unable to make any court appearences due to an injured back. He had his sect'y call the preciding judge for the case he was to start on the 5th of January and cry this song and dance number about his back and how he just doesn't have the strenth to do any research for the case. Ok, judge buys the number at the time, but then sees " Seedy Lawyer" plastered ALL OVER THE MEDIA ,and moving about pretty darn good, two days later!!!
This really ticks the judge off and he DEMANDS the guy to appear before the court and slaps him with court fines and also makes him pay for the time spent by the OTHER Law Firm involved in this case!!!!! ( You go Judge!!!!)
They are still popping up with bits here and there about the "Wanta Be Winner", but I haven't paid much attention to them. The Lawyer struck me as funny. :bg: :bg:
I know that there are very good lawyers out there, but BOZO's like this one make it bad for all of them.
Will keep you posted as to anything esle with this clown.
Hope you had a good laugh over it, I sure did:bg:
