I am looking for a cheat sheet like they have at the fabric counters in Wal-Mart and JoAnns.

It breaks down inches to yards or fractions of a yard to inches. Like so many inches equals this fraction of a yard, etc.......

Does anyone have one they could post or e-mail ???

Thank you,
Melinda

They're generally printed on yard sticks that you can buy anywhere....

Melinda, From my days working in a fabric store
1/8 yd. = 4 1/2"
1/4 = 9"
3/8= 13 1/2"
1/2 = 18"
5/8= 22 1/2"
3/4 = 27"
7/8 = 31 1/2"
1 yd = 36 "

1/3 Yd = 12"
2/3 = 24 "

I hope this helps
