Went in this morning to see the doc and he said the eyeball he fixed is on the mend nicely and he's ready to do the other one. We set it up for March 2, which is next Tuesday. I better get all my house work done by then, it's murder not being able to do what you want to do. I'm not use to just sitting around doing nothing for 3 days. I'll let you know what's what as I go along.

I thought I was stuck in a time warp then Susie - 3/2/04 to me is the third of Feb 04 and I thought " we've had that". You know what to espect now so have Ray pick you up after surgery with a large whiskey....
Explain about the headaches, perhaps a whole load of deep breathing will keep the blood pressure down.

Soon it will be all over and you will be the Spring Cleaning Bunny - or Mad Sewing Woman, whichever hits first.

Bren,

I don't know if I want the other eye done if I'm going to see all these dust bunnies I didn't see before with just one eye fixed. Now I'll have no excuse to hide in the sewing room.

Mary,

I was good. I didn't have to go to the parades and show any body parts to get beads this year:shock:. My Grandchildren brought me some beads.

Magot,

Now that I know the headaches are sometimes normal I won't be as nervous when I get it and know to place the cold compress on my head at the start of one. I just made an appointment for Raymond to go see the doctor his pressure has been high for the last week. 197/103 Ringing in his ears too. I don't drink so the whiskey is out but a very large Valium would be nice. :bg:

Susie Valium (at least 20 mgs) is the only way I can get through an MRI.

Whowwwww! 20mgs. LOL I would sleep for days. LOL I take two benidryls and they knock me out like a light. I think that's why the valium they gave me in the IV caused my pressure to go too low. They could have did an autopsy on me with a 20mg valium. ROFL.
