You wouldn't know it to look at me...( I've had LOTS of people over the years tell me I look like a Barry Manilow fan...
hahahahahahahaha...)
I'm a head banging rocker..all rock, all the time..I play my car stereo loud, but not loud enough to disturb others. (my husband says one of these days my ears are gonna bleed ) :bg:

Give me jazz -- old jazz -- the stuff my mother listened to and my mother was old!!
And blues. I love the blues.
But when I put together my favorites on a couple CDs for the car there was some rock, lots of beebop and even some country.

I like the old stuff--the "Happy Days" type of rock and roll. My hubby and I just watched "Grease" this weekend.

I also like classical music; I think that's from taking piano lessons as a kid.

I'm a Southern Gospel and classical kind of gal. Little Herbee and I toodle around town with the stereo full blast. DH says he can hear me when I turn the corner and the walls of the garage vibrate when I pull in. Not true, of course. :bluewink:

I guess I like a little bit of a lot of different types. I like the old jazz, soft and slow. I also like some country and I don't know how you would classify Barbra Streisand but I do like most of her stuff.

I like rock and country. I also like Josh Groban's music. I guess it is classical.

I'm still a HUGE Elvis fan and I play his cd's and tapes a lot along with other Rock and Roll stars. But I actually enjoy a wide variety of music...Josh Groban (saw him in concert, excellent), Barbara Striesand, Michael Crawford, Elton John and others in those categories....but I also listen to a lot of country and even classical. Hubby prefers instrumentals so we have a wide variety in that too. Depends on the mood and we I'm doing. Gotta have Rock and Roll to do housework...instrumentals while painting..Josh or Elvis while quilting....you get the idea.

I guess I like a little bit of everything. Country, classic rock, easy listening. I don't go for rap or heavy metal.
Chrysantha exposure to loud noises can affect your hearing in the years ahead. Many of the rockers from the 60s, 70s, 80s are dealing with severe loss of hearing.

Hum! let me think. I guess anything that is "easy listening". R&B has to be my favorite and light rock a very close second. I'll listen to just about anything (except that metal thing and new age whatever) as long as it's not too loud.

I love anything with a beat except that filthy stuff they have out lately. I love the oldies, Barbara S, Barry M, Rod S, I like country, and I like as we used to call it when we were young, Drug Store Music. Soft instrumentals. I love jazz and cajun music. I like to dance so anything that gets my hips moving and my toes tapping.

I love my country music , not the old twangy ones though. Love my golden oldies rock & roll. My husband & I grew up in the same area & same school so we like the same music & still dance at home sometime. We have music going a lot, think it keeps us young & crazy. Grandkids think so anyway.
