Here is a new one, please respond if you can, thanks. Mary I learned of a neat way to create bias strips by sewing fabric into a tube and cutting with a rotary cutter. The problem is it was quite some time ago and I can't remember exactly how to start. My purpose was not for quilt binding as it was originally suggested but to create a half slip using wide 7"-8 " wide bias pieces of satin or rayon that has no stretch. This way I could get a fairly form fitting slip but with a comfortable stretch. I would welcome suggestions. Pat MaryW
