I want to make box pillows with cording but I want to make the cording without a seam. When I make continous bias strips , it has a seam every foot or so...any input as to how I can do this?

If you start with a relatively drapey fabric you can cut off the true bias, say at a 30 degree angle instead of 45 degrees, and still have it flexible enough to go around the corners. If your fabric is wide this should make long strips, though no guarantee you won't have one seam depending on the size of the pillow. Test your fabric by pulling at different angles to see how it stretches.
