Good morning!

I desperately need your help in diagnosing and fixing this problem! For some reason, this morning when I went to use my Viking 1+ to embroider a monogram it's decided that it's not going to pick up the bobbin thread!!!

I have no clue what's wrong. The bobbin case is threaded correctly as is the top thread. It worked like a charm a couple of days ago but is refusing to now.

Any ideas?

Thanks!!!

Does your bobbin load from the top of your machine or the front. Check if your needle is loose. When is the last time you cleaned your machine. You might have some lint somewhere. How many times did you try to rethread. Try it again slower. Hold your top thread a little looser. It just might be this simple. I hope so.
