DH and I are going to Alaska this summer. Anchorage, Seward and Denali. Sightseeing tips and other helpful hints will be greatly appreciated. We plan to leave on June 2 and return on June 10.

I assume you are flying there with the time frame you mentioned. We drove to Alaska 5 years ago(from Southern Alberta)and it is so beautiful. We were there for a month, and still didn't have enough time. We hope to go again and would really like to take more time. You will have a great time. Are you going to rent a car when you are there?

We are renting a car there. The trains looked fantastic, but they run just one train a day and we have so little time...

My husband and I made this trip years ago on a cruise. We took the inside passage. Alaska is absolutely beautiful. I have never seen so many eagles in one place.

Jewellery stores on every corner. :bluewink:
