Okay, I have been asked to help a lady of American Indian decent make a "Jingle Dress" it takes approx. 600-700 hand made bells to make one adult dress. The oblong bells are made from the lids of snuff cans, I guess this has something to do with the sound that it gives off when it chimes.
My questions is this, is there a place that we can buy ready made bells? It would be "sew" much easier if we could find them ready made.

HELP!~!!!!!!!!
