Hello all, I am nervously awaiting my knee surgery to take place sometime this Wednesday. I would really appreciate lots of prayers if anyone wouldn't mind. I am starting to get anxious for it to be over. I have had to be off my Celebrex which is an anti-inflammatory drug for my arthritis since last Thursday and I am in alot of pain. Tomorrow is my last day of work, thank goodness, since it hurts so bad to walk very much. Thanks in advance, I know everything will be alright, Lord willing.!!

Debby, you are in my prayers - you will be fine. I also have arthritis in my knees and I know how painful it can be.You will feel so much better once it is over. Will be thinking of you.

Hi everyone, first of all Happy Mothers Day to all. I had a partial knee replacement last Wednesday and came home Friday. I can't sit at the computer for long with my knee bent so far..LOL. PT will be starting this week. I am mostly concentrating on controlling the pain, and keeping cool, darn it is soooooooo hot out today.Docs said surgery went great and the rest is up to me. I will enjoy being off of work, but HATE with a passion being dependent on ANYONE to do stuff for me....SO I will sign off and thank everyone for the kind wishes and prayers...

Hi Diane, thanks for asking, I am getting around ok with crutches. I haven't been able to drive, so occasionally I get a bit grouchy. I have Physical therapy coming to the house, and she works my knee, but good. I am not too good in the patience or depending on others to do stuff departments, but I am coping....Thanks again for asking.
