I have newsletters that go out daily and one that usually goes out once a week. For the past few months, I have had huge problems with people complaining about not receiving my newsletters. Did you know that if you click on the "report as spam" button so you won't receive our newsletter, 100 other readers have their delivery stopped as well. If 1% of my subscribers from AOL report the newsletter as spam, all my AOL subscribers will be banned from reading it. This means thousands of people are inconvenienced because that 1% are too lazy to unsubscribe from Yahoo. Please be responsible in your actions. If you sign up for a newsletter, don't turn around and report it as spam. MaryW

If AOL has banned your mail, it may go into the spam folder located below the READ button on your mailbox. I found this out the other day because I was missing a huge quanity of mail that I normally received. If you go to the spam folder and find the mailings and hit the this is not spam button, they seem to reappear in your mailbox next time. It's a shame that AOL doesn't seem to understand that we are able to determine which mail we want to receive.
