I tried Dress Shop a year ago, because I was always looking for softwear that I could use, searching the internet i came across this one, tried the demo and fell in love with the idea of it. There must be accurate measurements put into a chart, that drafts the patterns you choose,I did make a few slopers/test garments/muslins,but i was determined this wouldn't beat me lol. Since last year i have made several outfits for myself including a sun hat and visor. My favorite is the princess classic blouse, and the Empire waist dress.Once i had the correct measurements in my chart it was a full steam ahead !I feel there are some follks who aren't satisfied with the program, perhaps have not yet expereinced having a good fitting garment. Good Luck with your choice If at first you don't suceed, try-try again!

I think that you are probably at least partically right. We spend so much time trying to be satisfied with a purchased fit...even when it really doesn't that we don't really know what a good fit looks and feels like.
