I just finished my first attempt at making a boxed cushion cover. Everything went smoothly until I attached the top and bottom to the welting. The corners just aren't as smooth as I would want them to be. The directions said to make sure to trim the corners to create a sharp corner when turned right side out. But, the corners just don't look right. I looked at some of the corners on the upholstered furniture that I have and they seem to have slightly rounded corners. Any suggestions? I want to get this right the next time!
