The ICG's start today in Cleveland. This is the first time that the games have been in the United States. Theses games were started by a man from the former Yugoslavia as a way to join children of the world in a peaceful time to share their talents. I think that this is the sixth year for them.
President Bush will be here to open the games, ( plus campaign).

I know the local news stations are doing coverage, but the one that seems to be devoting a large amount of time to it is our local NBC station.

Here is their web site if you would like tocheck things out and see how the kids are doing.

I think that I heard that there are 56 countries here for this.
Last night they all got to go to a Cleveland Indians game. This was a first for many of the kids and they had a blast, even got to meet both the teams before hand.

Good Luck to all these great kids!!!!:bg:

P.S. If you click on the doppler radar map, look for Akron, just below the "a" and "k" is where Barberton is!!!!
