We thought Honfleur looked like Brugge too! It's the height and width of the buildings. The local peasant cottages are all low, thatched with irises growing on the apex in the thatch. Rouan was amazing, every time you turned a corner there was another photo oportunity. Tony still has 5 rolls of film to develop - one of the perils of being married to a photographer.

Those pictures are just beautiful!!!!!! Wish your hubby was here to do my daughters wedding next June!!!!!! What were the shapes in the windows in the one picture, it looked like cats cut-outs? The bridge reminds me of the one in Savannah, Ga. Will you be sharing the other 5 rolls with us?!?!?! |

They are cows, my daughter has a real thing for cows, pj's cups, mug hooks, cards, backpack etc etc. And then there was this entire building with cut out cows in the window - too good to waste. If you're a real nut for holiday pics there are others here http://homepage.ntlworld.com/tony.hodge1/hols/index.html The rest are film rather than digital but I'm sure he'll scan some. Glad you enjoyed them. love and kisses, Jan
