Do any of you go through what I am right now? I have all kinds of patterns and a big stash of fabric, and now I am having trouble deciding what to make.

How is that possible with all that I have? I don't know if I have been made more aware of what looks good and what doesn't or if I am not sure enough of matching up patterns and fabric or what.

It makes me crazy sometimes!

When I have this stuck feeling I make a small project, preferably from scraps. Purse, doll clothing, pin cushion, pot holders, etc.

You could also look through pattern books or magazines to see if something strikes you and either buy a new pattern on sale to use with stash fabric, or get inspired to embellish or adapt a pattern you already have.

I too, have a room full of patterns and fabric, and I basically end up making new scrubs for myself or clothes for the grandkids. I need to get out of this rut and make something different. I buy fabric/patterns with something in mind besides scrubs and kids clothes but always end up doing uniform/kids clothes.

Buy some magazines and books with ideas in them. That will get the juices running.
