I seem to be addicted to buying embroidery patterns off the internet. I belong to 5 sites in Yahoo, they give free designs away all the time....on top of that I get coupons and special buy's notices from 5-6 sites...and I always have to use'em...after all, buy one and get one free is hard to resist !
Not to mention all the freebies on just about every site you can name....it all adds up to THOUSANDS of designs.....
Is there an embroiderer's anonymous 12 step program anywhere ???
I need to join....

Add me to the list! I've been downloading all day! I don't buy a whole lot because I don't have much extra money right now, I just buy special ones (like my yellow lab I just HAD to have!)

I am a certified, registered and licensed member of Seriously Addicted to Downloading Designs (SADD). I'm soooooooooo addicted; I have taken the time to put together a filing system for my designs which are two 3' binders with printout of each design by floppy! If I can only take the time to stitch some of the out I'll really have something to brag about! HELP!!!! :pc:

frustrated sewer, here is a link to some yahoo groups for Janome owners. All you have to do is create a user id and password, and check your email preferences. If a group has a lot of users, you may want to go on digest, or special notice and read the messages at the website - personally, I belong to 75 yahoo groups for embroidery, and have a yahoo email account just for them. Yahoo email has 100MB of storage, so it's pretty impossible to fill up your inbox.

There are both digitizing groups, and machine groups. I have all Viking products, and there are groups I'm on where I have learned SO much. Happy hunting!
Blessings,
Allie
