I'm not sure if this is the place to post this, but I'm just wondering if anyone has tried to create their own embroidery pattern and used a Janome to create it. What digitizer program did you use and how easy was it? |

Does this mean that when I purchase a Janome I can't use anyone else's software? I don't know if I like having my options limited to just 1 company. How does anyone get to find out which digitizing program is most reliable and user friendly? |

I don't remember saying that.....there are other software programs, but since I only know Janome's, thats what I talked about...if you want to know about other software, you'll have to wait till someone else answers.

If you have a Janome sewing machine you will have to have the Janome reader writer and card. You can design in any software providing you can change the format to the format that is compatible with your sewing machine. You can download a program to change the format free from the internet. Only the Janome card will fit your machine. Hope that helps explain things a little better. |
