I have a brand new Singer computerized machine right out of the box. Should I be able to jiggle the bobbin case around? The machine works very well for a minute or two on either straight or decorative stitches. Once I switch back to straight, the fabric gets jammed and the machine stops. I've taken it back to the store where of course, it ran beautifully. I'm new to Singer having sewn on a Bernina for 27 years. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
