My marathon is finished. 448 2 5/" nine patches.AND I have used up the 100 6" jewel squares that a friend gave me they produced 300 of the little blitters and fabric from my stash produced the rest. So I want to share

Skye, that is absolutly beautiful!!! :up: and also alot of work, how long did that take you to finish? my grandmother made me a quilt all made of tiny octagons, i believe it was called around the world, i'm sure you will love it forever!!!

Thanks for you nice comments ladies. It is queen sized It took me 60 hours just to piece the the nine patches and after that was a breeze I had the rest of the pieceing done over a 2 week period just sewing a couple nights a week after work. Quilting only took 6 hours my fastest yet. - I was tired tho' when I had finished.
Trying my hand at some foundation piecing now Jinny Beyer Crystal Star.
