can someone give me simple instruction on how to make a womens fitted long sleeve t shirt?

I like to use Loes Hinse pattern for the Santa Monica Tee. It's very simple to construct using a serger - boat neckline, raglan type sleeves, nicely fitted. I also like her Monaco Shell pattern. Both are great and quick to sew.
