If you can help, please post here, thanks. I am from Tirupur of India. I need some details: 1. How to prepare a pattern for UnderGarments? 2. How to find requirements of fabric needed to stitch a garment? ( only for under garments) 3. How to avoid fabric wastages at the time of cutting? 4. How to prepare cost per garment? If you can please send me the details regarding the above. Thankyou. MaryW

Kerstin Martensson has a book called Kwik-sew'a Beautiful lingerie which you can buy on Amazon ( use the link at the top of the page) It should be able to answer your questions as well as containging patterns I don't know what the shipping is like to India - from experience pretty poor. ( I have a friend who lives in Siligiri in the North)

I would recommend the Kwik sew book and some of their other patterns. The book includes instructions for cutting, sewing tips, etc. which should answer some of the other questions posted.
