I maintain a blog which lists lots and lots of sites that have freebie cross stitch patterns.

Load up the paper, check your cartridge, and have fun.

Hey Marti...I love to cross-stitch. I've made some beautiful projects for my family like a big white tiger picture that brought tears to my aunt's eyes, as well as 12 birds blocks that I made into a an attic window quilt for my mother-in-law. I just love to see how the picture grows with each stitch that I take. I have been doing more quilting lately, but I'm thinking of doing more cross-stitch projects for my family again soon, as there has been some great looking patterns that I have acquired and that they would love to do.
Hope you have have happy stitches today.

Hi ya'll

I dearly love to crosstitch. I have done several pictures and had them matted and framed and hung on the wall. My favorite artist is Paula Vaughan. Her crosstitch projects are just beautiful. I havn't put any in a quilt--that sounds like fun too. I guess I am a little crazy, but summers I devote to crosstitching and winters are for Quilting.

Happy Crosstitching and Quilting :bluewink:

I have also admired the Paula Vaughan kits. So beautiful and usually give a feeling of calmness and serenity. What are you all working on now?

Hi,

I am working on an applique quilt for one of my grandsons now. I have 2 more to do. I will get back to my Paula Vaughan Prints next summer.
I work on quilts in the winter. I love that big warm quilt on my lap when it is so cold.

Have a great day, Gail
