As we say in our house "would you like some cheese with your whine?" My hips are killing me, I'm 6 1/2 months preggo with # 4 and the old pelvis is not holding baby as high as my sciatic nerve (the left side) and femoral nerve (the right side) would like. This means pain on the left in my tush and pain on the right on my leg. wahhhh Any good tricks for this out there? my doc just smiled and said it was lucky I always delivered early he's a friend of mine so I let him get away with it. Other than that I'm sewing up baby stuff like crazy and getting some knitting done too, the cross stitch blankie is going very slowly though (the other kids all have one and the therapy bills later might be too much if it doesn't get done before grade school) thanks for listening Jeanette

Hi, sorry to here about your discomfort. When I was working, the company that I worked for made back support belts for pregnant women. I know I made 100 of the crazy things everyday. I know that they did sell them at Toys R Us under the name " Loving Comfort". We also made a stronger belt under the CMO label, but these where sold to Drs. for them to issue to patients. I can check with my old supervisor on Thursday and see who the new company is and if they have changed the name or still use the old logo. We also made a strap that you could wear for you fanny muscles- it was called the "S.I. Belt" and we made it for a company called O.P.T.P.- I think they are in Minnesota or someplace up around there. I will check for more info. for you. The company that bought out CMO is Scott Industires in Kansas. |
