I just spent an hour looking through old magizines for directions on how to put in a continuous lap. Now I know there are directions in one of my old patterns -- if I didn't throw it away -- but are there any I can find quick like a bunny on this site? I'm sneezing from the dust on the book shelves and truly fear the pattern drawers. I mean I probably know how to do it (I've done it many times but long ago) but a guide would make it faster and easier. Thanks guys if you have a quick fix so I can avoid actually thinking -- not my strong suit. Dorothy |

Thank you. That was just what I needed, a quick refresher course so I don't have to think as much. I'm putting it at the bottom of pants, on the outside seam out of fabric I "made" by sewing together strips to make stripes. That was all the thinking I need for the week. Dorothy |
