Thanks Mary! DD is having a Halloween party this weekend. We hadn't decided on a cake yet. Her friends still talk about the kitty litter cake that you told us about and we made 2 years ago. We'll probably make the snake sandwich we saw on Paula's Home Cooking this past weekend. Very creepy looking made from creasent roll dough filled with ham and cheese and shaped like a snake. You "paint" the stripes with egg yolks mixed with water and food coloring. Olives for eyeballs and a red pepper split tongue. We're not sure about a punch recipe yet. We've done pumpkin juice, witches brew, and vampire punch before. We found one for dirty bath water, but it just looks too gross to drink. |
