Anyone know of a simple to use image editing programme. Something very basic and easy.

Mary,
Paint is a pretty easy program to use for image editing.. It all depends on what you want to do to the image though to determine what program might be best.

I really like Adobe Photoshop Elements. Very easy to crop, resize, view actual print size, etc.

It's the best one for simple stuff like resizing images to scale, changing images from one type to another, and simple edits.
What are you trying to do? I've got some hefty editors here.
I'm lucky I survived moms cooking :p

I use graphiic converter http://www.graphic-converter.net/ to convert between software types, it has some image adjusting qualities and is CHEAP. Paintshop is great but really expensive in the UK, Coral draw is supposed to be useful as well, but again software is expensive. Graphic converter is only $19!
