Not fortunate enough to have any grandchildren yet, I have been asked to make a stuffed toy for the holidays. Any tips, hints, suggestions for what little ones like best would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Cynret |

I've made lots of stuffed animals using the carol's zoo patterns that Mary posted. They're wonderful! Only two pattern pieces, so they go together quickly. They are adorable made up in chennile, as well as fake fur. |

I don't have the penguin pattern. I've done the bear, cat, rabbit, dog, and lamb. I got my patterns from the McCall's (I think it's McCall's and not Simplicity) patterns at Hancock's. |
