Has anyone used adhesive velcro to secure a bed skirt to the box spring. Notice our box spring dosn't have a wooden frame at the top, and I don't want to make a skirt that is attached to a sheet. It's awkward having to take the mattress off everytime I need to wash, so I was wondering if the velcro sticks good enough to attach a bedskirt to it.

I've never done this myself as I have wood to adher it to. I have read that it works great plus on one of the TV shows that Vicky Payne does, she said her Mother did just that & it works great. Don't see why not as long as you make sure it gets a good bond. Use the sew on kind for the skirt to attach it to the box springs. The sticky wouldn't hold up in the wash or dry cleaning. Sure you know that though.
