I don't know how to tell the difference but it is one of the two. It is crushed. Anyway, I am trying to pin it up and the ends keep curling on me. I am also wondering if I am going to have to use a double needle on a hem and crowd the pressure foot.
This is a skirt for a little girl for Christmas.

I take it this is a stretchy velour. The ends do curl sometimes. I think a double needle might be best. I would also interface the hem with a lt. weight sew-in.
