I'm having problems with my stitches, and I think that it might have something to do with lower tension adjustment?

The top stitches are all loose and easily pulled out, while the bottom stitches look a bit loose but okay. I've tried cleaning everything out very thoroughly, adjusting the top tension dial (just get puckering and loose stitches if I set it to more than 6), a smaller roll of thread, different thread, I'm at my wit's end here. I hope that I won't have to fix the lower bobbin tension myself.

Please help, getting frustrated here :P

I would recommend to don't touch your bobbin tension, it is a really picky thing. I bought an extra bobbin holder to use for changing adjustments so I wouldn't mess up my original one.

!. Raise your presser foot and rethread your machine. Raising the presser foot takes the tension off of the tension disks and allows your top thread to go into them. Lowering your presser foot tightens the disks.

2. Check your manual. In most machines, the flat portion of the needle goes to the back of the machine. (A few vary.)

3. Also, while looking in your manual, make sure that your bobbin thread is in correctly.

4. Make sure that your bobbin is wound tightly and evenly. (This is usually controlled by a little tension button that you wrap your thread around while you are filling your bobbin.

5. Reset your tension to the normal setting. This is usually the middle of the dial. Try again.

Also, another suggestion would be to change your needle. Sometimes that affects your stitches.

Just want to say that I've fixed the problem, turns out that I didn't thread my bobbin in correctly :P.

Just want to thank everyone again for the suggestions, I'll be sure to keep them in mind for future reference.
