but I did not know that Sew News had a sister site. It is sewing.about.com

They work together. I knew that sewing.about.com advertised a lot for Sew News but I had no clue they were affiliated in any other way.

I think the affiliation is fairly new...the last couple of years. :smile:

Yes Mary, I believe that Donna is correct in her thinking that these two sites became affiliated a couple of years back.Around that time the about.com site began advertizing the Sew News magazine more often and their front pages lost quite a few links and free sewing tips that were there before that. Seem to recall several upset people who had not copied information down as they figured once it was there it always would be available online in the same place and time frame.That's half the fun of the internet it keeps changing and adding more information.
